Join us for an intimate evening exploring the diverse styles of bourbon on Wednesday Feb 18th at 6pm. 

Guided by bourbon expert Kirstan Thomas, who brings over 12 years of experience in the spirits industry, guests will be led through a curated tasting highlighting the breadth of bourbon styles. The selection will include four distinct profiles—cask strength, smoked, delicate, and rye—with The Log Cabin’s own hand-selected Knob Creek featured as part of the experience.

To accompany each pour, Chef Painter has prepared a series of small plates designed to complement and contrast the tasting notes of each bourbon, offering a thoughtful pairing approach rooted in craft and seasonality.
